Agricultural and woodland appraisals in PA & MD

Seth Gehman began his real estate appraisal career as a trainee in 2013 for a well-known regional appraisal firm and became a Certified General Appraiser in 2016.  Seeking new challenges, Seth opened his own firm in 2020, specializing in appraisals in southern PA and northern MD.  Seth has completed approximately 1,000 assignments across a wide variety of agricultural property types, including everything from general farms to dairy operations to intensive poultry and hog facilities.  We work with lending institutions as well as private individuals.

Seth lives in Lancaster County, PA with his wife, Rosalyn, and their 3 children.  He is an active member of his church and enjoys hunting in his free time.
